Codex Sovereign LLC (“Codex Sovereign,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides consulting, custody-oriented advisory, educational services, and informational services related to artificial intelligence governance, operational controls, risk management, compliance readiness, and related business processes.
1. Advisory Services Only
All consultations, assessments, recommendations, reports, frameworks, templates, commentary, runtime frameworks, custody artifacts, and related materials are provided for informational and advisory purposes only.
Codex Sovereign does not make decisions for clients, operate client systems, assume client authority, or guarantee any business, regulatory, operational, financial, legal, or technical outcome.
All implementation decisions and final actions remain solely the responsibility of the client.
2. No Legal Advice
Codex Sovereign is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice, legal opinions, or legal representation.
Any discussion of laws, regulations, governance obligations, compliance frameworks, or regulatory readiness- including the EU AI Act or similar regimes - is general informational guidance only and should not be relied upon as a substitute for qualified legal counsel.
Clients should consult licensed legal professionals regarding legal obligations or regulatory exposure.
3. No Financial, Investment, or Tax Advice
Codex Sovereign does not provide investment, securities, tax, accounting, or financial advisory services unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement.
Any business or operational commentary should not be interpreted as investment or tax advice.
4. No Engineering, Security, or Warranty Guarantee
Unless explicitly agreed in writing, Codex Sovereign does not warrant that any recommendation, framework, or governance control will:
- make any AI deployment lawful or approved
-prevent all failures
- satisfy every regulator
- eliminate operational risk
- ensure cybersecurity resilience
- guarantee system safety
No service is represented as fail-safe, complete, or universally sufficient.
5. Client Responsibility
Clients are solely responsible for:
- evaluating recommendations
- validating suitability for their environment
- obtaining internal approvals
- securing legal review where needed
- testing controls before deployment
- ledgering admissibility and custody artifacts
- supervising vendors, employees, contractors, and systems
- complying with all applicable laws and regulations
6. No Client Relationship Beyond Scope
Use of this website, contacting Codex Sovereign™ LLC, or receiving preliminary information does not by itself create an ongoing advisory, fiduciary, legal, or other professional relationship unless confirmed in a separate written engagement.
7. Limitation of Reliance
Any examples, scenarios, forecasts, opinions, pilot demonstrations, or illustrative materials are provided for explanatory purposes and may not reflect all real-world variables.

8. Limitation of Liability
