About the Founder
Kristina Vayo is the Founder and Chief Architect of Codex Sovereign™.
Her work focuses on one central question:
How can AI systems continuously demonstrate that they remain authorized to act as conditions change?
That question led to the development of the Codex Sovereign Runtime Governance Architecture, a governance framework centered on admissibility, authority validation, refusal rails, and deterministic enforcement at the decision boundary.
Kristina's research explores the intersection of enterprise AI governance, runtime authorization, auditability, and organizational accountability. Her work emphasizes that governance is not simply a matter of policy creation, but of ensuring that governance decisions remain valid and enforceable throughout the operational lifecycle of AI systems.
Today, she works with organizations to help design governance strategies, evaluate governance maturity, develop runtime governance architectures, and prepare AI systems for increasingly autonomous operation.
